    Hi,

I tried checking your site for the personality test form and I am unable to find it.  Usually when you create a form and it does not show up in your account, it was created with a "Guest" account while you are not logged in.  We can move these forms to your registered account if you would like.  All we need to know is the form ID# or a link to the form.  Unfortunately I was unable to find it in your page.  Just let us know a link to the form or where it is embedded and we will see what we can do.

I gave you the link already.  Its right above your comments.  I just clicked on it and it took me directly to the form.  Here is the form ID#:  50172336711144

    Thank you.

Sorry about that, it wasn't loading for me in your page.  The form was indeed under a "Guest" account.  I have moved it to your registered account.  Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with and we will be happy to do so.

Yes, it is very important to make sure you are logged in while creating forms, else they will be saved under a guest account and it will create future difficulties in accessing and editing the form/submissions.
