I save my form but am not asked for my email address or given source code for website.

I've made my form, hit save, and it just saves it. I am not asked for my email address and not given a way to locate the source code for usage. Help! :)

In order for you to get the code and embed it on your website, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Embed Form" button in the top toolbar

2. Click the "Embed" button

3. Copy the code provided
