PROBLEM TO EXPORT MY FORM IN A EXCEL SPREEDSHET

I got a big problem i have already my form register but when i want to download the results of my form the file is empty what i can do to solve this problem.

i need so urgent this information

I was able to download the submission data as excel file, it might be temporary glitch, could you please try the following:

1) Clearing your forms cache.

2) Clear your browsers cache.

3) Try in different browsers.
