Custom URL says already in use

I cloned the form per your instructions but now would like to save it as a secure form with a custom URL named "CallReport". It says that Call Report is already in use but when I go to preview the form, the url is: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50645431999971.

How do I change it so the link is persistently: https://secure.jotformpro.com/MerleRBC/CallReport and the preview shows the same secure link? (The secure form feature seems to not be save-able?)

It seems that you have named the old report as CallReport and hence you are not being able to name it again to the cloned form. The custom form name is unique and can be used for only one form. In order to use it to your clone form, you'll need to remove the custom name from the other JotForm by accessing Form Embed wizard so that you'ld be able to use it on the clone form.
