My submissions no longer get emailed tome directly. why is that? I didn't change anything?
My notification stills says to email me. In fact, when I do a test email it works but when I go to the form on my website and submit it the email never comes. If I log in and check submissions they are there.
What is happening?

Have you checked you spam folder? I see your email notification is not properly setup:
Please assign "email@example.com" to the Sender-Email field. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.
