Check Box missing for Terms & Conditions Widget

    I recently added a calculation widget and PalPal widget. I'm not sure if that caused it (I tried removing them) but sometime around when I added them, the check box in the terms & conditions widget disappeared. It is still check-able, even though in Firefox you can't see the check either.  Ideas?

    Actually it is still there, just not showing without you moving your mouse over it.

    Now unfortunately that is not possible to change while using that widget so I would suggest taking a look at this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/526195

    It will show you how to create a simple Terms of Use checkbox that you will be able to re-style any way you like.

    I just stopped using the widget, and did what Ben said above.

    It just looked better, on the public side and mine.
