How can I redirect users to another page based on a condition?

Hello everyone! Hope all is well.  I was wondering if someone could give me some insight as to why i cannot get my conditional statements to work for a form i need.

I need to direct my form users to one web page or the other based on which answers they provide.  I could not see any kind of initial way to do this so i devised a plan to have two submit buttons on the form, one would display if the right answers were selected which would redirect to the correct url.  The other button would display if wrong answers were selected redirecting to a different page.  I need this functionality.

I have attached screen shots of the main form and the conditions i am using to try to accomplish this.  Any thought would be extremely helpful!  Thanks in advance.

This is not an attempt to confuse the user, or secretly collect information.  I need users to go to either the above url based on submission, or the url if they have not met form criteria.

The first rule works perfectly seen here: http://form.jotform.us/form/50627319576159?

But I can not get the second rule to work. Because I am unable to assign a unique value to the second submit button, even though it seems to have a unique value in the "conditions", meaning i can't dedicate a second url direct from inside the builder, or rather Thank You Page Section i should say.

The submit button is only for your users to be able to submit their information which means that they will always perform the same action and this is why they can work the way you want to.

If I understand correctly you want to redirect your users to this page: http://www.rpseb5.com/blockedip/ if they choose United States on the Citizenship or Country of Residence fields. Is that correct?

If so, you need to change the thank you page URL redirection based on the mentioned condition.

So, you'll leave the default thank you page URL redirection to the page you want to show to the users that are not from the US.

I've created this demo form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50654951791968 so you can see it in action. If this is what you want to accomplish, feel free to clone the form to you account.

If not, please let us know more details about what you're trying to do and we'll do our best to help you to accomplish it.

    Thank you.
