    How to pass data in the name field to another form

    Dear Sir

    I have created a fault report form.

    However, currently, the user has to repeat inputting his/her name and school/division each time he/she submits a new fault.

    What would be your advise to save this repetitive process?

    The user and school/division is fixed for each user accessing from his/her phone browser. Thanks!

    If you would like to pass information from one form to the next, the best option to explore is to pre-populate these fields with entries made in the previous form through the use of the URL.
