How can I upload a PDF file to show it in my form?

i dont have my own website but i want that a pdf file(created as my terms and conditions) should be opened if someone click on the hyperlink of terms and conditions. how do i hyperlink a pdf file.

Do you have a Google Drive or Dropbox account? If so, you could upload your file there and get its URL to create the hyperlink or embed it in your form with the PDF embedder widget.

Or you can create a form with a single file upload field. 

Then, use it to upload the PDF to your account and once it's submitted you'll be able to retrieve the URL of the file on the submissions screen.
