Conditions: Hiding credit card field if other methods are selected

I want to give customers the option of paying online or paying with cash/check.  When an option other than credit card is required, the form will not submit and is requiring a credit card.  How do i make it so credit card is not required?  Same link as above.  

Please try adding this condition so that if credit card is not selected then the field will not show up.

I checked your form and you don't need to add additional conditions on it. Please check the screenshots below.

This is what it looks like if there's no payment method selected.

Here's how it looks like if the Receive an Invoice is selected.

Here's how it looks like if Credit card is selected.

 

By the way, I tried adding the conditions about showing the Paypal field if credit card is selected and did the same thing. So with or without this condition, it will produce the same result.
