    Paypal Checkout redirect to "Thank You" page

    I just would like to confirm something with you if I may.

    Have a look at either of my Checkout Forms.  I am just wondering and hoping that after a customer makes a purchase (I am using PayPal Standard account) and they complete their purchase, that the Thank You will be sent to them (this is your thank you button you have in the form builder.  I have it pointing to a Custom URL...

    1. Does it get only sent after a successful payment has been placed?

    I just want to be sure they get this page...

    Hi James,

    Yes that is correct, the "Thank You" message or page will only be shown or displayed when a successful payment was made in Paypal, it should redirect to the thank you page after that. 

    For instance, if the user did not complete the payment or proceed to checkout, you will see that submission under the "Incomplete Payments" option, you can found more about it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments.
