Emails not forwarding through to inbox

    When it was originally made it was tested fine but from the day after that it didnt work. I have tried a numerous amounts of tests, I have even tested it within Jotfrom and your test email comes through fine, but when going through our website it just doesnt come through....

    Hello statussigns,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check the email alert you have added in your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem. 

    I did sent a test submission from your web page and found that email was sent successfully. Please check the log below :

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. 

    Please be noted that when you click on the "Test Email" button of your form's notification email alert, it send test email to your account email address using noreply@jotform.com. You seems to have configured noreply@formresponse.com in your email alert. I would suggest you to check your spam folder.

    Please be noted that you can use your own email address to send submission emails. You should set up a "Custom Sender" email in your account. The following guides should help you:
