I lost the first 186 questions? Can you put them back

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that you had added fields / questions in your form but they are not being displayed anymore? Are they deleted?

If that is the case there is nothing to worry about. You can take advantage of our "Revision History" feature to revert back your form to an earlier version.
