    My submission results are not appearing

    It's been around 20 minutes and I'm still not seeing any of my submissions. Upon clicking 'Submit' the button looked like it was "thinking" for a moment but it didn't delete any of the entered form data and I did not see a confirmation or anything.. Just sat idle afterwards. Not too big of a deal because I plan to create a 'Thank You' page but I wanted to ensure the actual submission took place successfully? Does it normally take this long to receive? I entered a couple example forms. Thanks - Ryan

    UPDATE: It's been around 90 minutes now and still showing no submissions logged.

    Ok, so I set up a thank you page and upon hitting Submit, the page still just sits their stagnant, aside from a quick "twitch" of the Submit button saying 'Please Wait' for a quick millisecond. So the real issue is that my form is not being submitted at all, not the wait time.

    Any help appreciated, thanks in advance! :)

    Issue has been resolved! It was the Terms & Conditions widget that created an error and wouldn't let any submissions past. Be advised

    Our apologies for the delayed response, but we are glad that you managed to resolve the problem. 

    Normally, if the widget is not well configured, that would cause an error to the form. However, if the widget is working and setup properly and still, you can't submit the form then that is related to how the form is embedded in the page. Maybe, a script conflict is causing it. If there's a conflict, we recommend re-embedding the form using our iframe method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
