I created a form but unable to find it in my account.Asked by KDEEE on March 09, 2015 at 12:11 AM
I created a form and now I can't find it in my account.
My user name is KDEE and my email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Here is the link for my form. Clients filling out the form are having problems when submitting the form.
After clicking the submit button the form hangs at "Please Wait" and never submits.
Thanks for any help.
Upon checking the form #42003648890152, I found that it is not in your account but associated with another account with username ""kdsr". The email address used in this account is also "email@example.com".
Since both the account as same email address, do you want us to transfer this form to your account with username "KDEEE"? Do get back to us on this and we will do the needful.
I also tested your form and did not find any issue with that. It seems to work fine and I was able to submit your form without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
Have you embedded your form in your web page where you are having this issue?
Please be noted that we cannot answer multiple questions in one thread. Please create a new thread and let us know the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.
Yes please transfer to my KDEEE account. thank you
I have moved the form as per your request, you should now find it available and usable in your account "KDEEE" . If there is anything else we can help you with, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
