No data in the exported excel file in the form submissions page

    Hello,

I transferred from Adobe Forms to Jotform. I really like your approach and am 99% sure that we will work with you in the future. I have one small problem: if I want to download the data from a from, may it be excel or PDF, I am not successful.

With Excel, I get a file but apart from the questions on top it is empty.

With PDF, I get the following error: "Downloading submissions between null an 20 failed".

If you want to check out which forms I played around with, look at the following:

    LU Pool Registrierung DE

    MTR201-II-BOA-TrailRunningShoe-16-FOTO-RRG

Thank you for your help and best regards,

    Angelo

Just found out that export works with firefox but does not work with internet explorer. That is a pity because in our company we work with IE only.

I can go the complicated way via Report --> New Report --> Excel but I do not prefer to do this. Is there a solution to make it work in IE?

    Hi Angelo,

I'm sorry to hear that. We have an issue with an empty excel file when downloading it in the form submissions page, but our developers have just fixed it so kindly try it again and update this thread if the issue persists.

As for the PDF error, I've moved it to a new thread. Here's the new link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/529399. Will look at it after this one.

    Thanks
