Downloaded Submission in Excel format shows blank

I can do the Download file in excel format however the file comes without the data of the form

Apologies for the inconvenience, I've escalate this to our back end team so that they can take a closer look. 

Could you try downloading an excel report type instead, you can follow this guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report. This should give you an excel report of your submissions.

We'll hear from the back end team when the problem has been fixed.

Just to update you that we've made an update and that should fixed this problem. I have tried it in your last form ID: 50048802522649 and the excel file now contains your submissions. Kindly check and update this thread if the problem persists to your end.
