I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with downloading your submissions into Excel.
We were made aware of this issue and it has recently been resolved. Can you please try to download your submissions once again. Please confirm if the issue has been resolved for you.

We do apologize about the continuation of this inconvenience to you.
As far as I know our Developer had just applied another hotfix for it roughly 20 minutes ago.
I checked this again from our end and I can confirm it's working again on my side.
Can you please try it again now on your end one more time and let us know?
If you're still having the issue then can you also please tell us which jotform you are trying to download it from?
