Excel submissions file is empty

    I'm trying to export the answers from my form in excel but come empty why?

    Our developers have released a fix to solve this issue.

    Could you please give it another try and let us know if you still are unable to see data in your files?

    If you still are receiving an empty file, please try to create an Excel report.
