Our back end team is already aware of this issue and they are already looking into it. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

Just to update you that we've made an update and that should fixed this problem. I have tried it in your last form ID: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/42362614704955 and the excel file now contains your submissions. Kindly check and update this thread if the problem persists to your end.
