    The downloaded excel file is empty or blank

    Estimados:

    Cuando descargo los envíos en formato Excel o Separado con comas me baja un archivo vacío.

    When I download shipments Excel or Comma Separated with me down an empty file.

    Hello,

    If I understand you correctly, you were able to download the excel file but when you opened it, it is empty right?

    We are currently having intermittent issues about downloading or viewing excel file submissions. Our developers already released a fixed for this. 

    Please log out from JotForm then clear your browser's cache. After that, just log back in and try to download the excel file again. I will also clear your form cache, so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    I will still escalate this issue to our developers so that it can be added to the report. We will notify you via this thread once an update is available.

    He realizado la limpieza del CACHE y de todos los datos de navegación y el problema continúa. Me sucede con otros formularios también.

    Veo que es un error generalizado, le ruego me informe cómo proceder ya que necesitamos descargar la información.

    I apologize for this situation. I sent you the submissions via email. If the problem still persists and you need additional submissions please let us know the forms' IDs and we'll send them to you. My colleague Jan opened a ticket so our developers will look into it and solve this situation.

    They will update you via this thread once they have news on this situation.

    Our developers have just patched this problem a few hours ago and I have just tried downloading your form submissions and they appear to be in the excel file by now. Kindly try it again and update this thread if the issue remains the same to your end.
