Multiple Submissions ... but no submission?

I am having trouble with one of my forms. It's the form titled Europe and it is not allowing me to make submissions. It is saying that I have multiple submissions but the actual submission is not in the submissions. Thank you for your help.

It seems to me that you are unable to view your submissions properly since you've stated they're not appearing on your end. 

I checked this on my side but I am able to verify that so far for your Europe Form there is 10 Submissions which are also seen when looked at in your Submissions Viewer. 

You may need to clear your browser cache if you are still unable to view your submissions. Also, please try using our U.S. Servers since your IP shows your location as being in the United States.
