BOA TARDE, NÃO ESTOU CONSEGUINDO FAZER OS DOWNLOADS PELO EXCEL E CSV. OS ARQUIVOS ESTÃO VINDO INCOMPLETOS.

Hi,
We just got an update to our developers that this issue has been resolved awhile ago, could you try the following before downloading the excel file of the submission:
1. Log out and log back in of your JotForm account.
2. Clear your form's cache and browser's cache.
You can also try downloading the excel report using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/101-How-to-create-an-Excel-Report.
