Can I export to spreadsheet and view payment confirmations?

Asked by Janet Loos  on March 09, 2015 at 12:47 PM

I work for a company that hasn't liked the professional version of wufoo forms. I've used jotform for my company and have loved it (I've only used the free version). Before we switch over, I need to know if we can export entry data to a spreadsheet and if that spreadsheet would show if payments went through or not. (Right now, we have to sign into wufoo, and click on each individual entry to check if paypal entries went through and it has been quite the hassle for us).

    Hello Janet,

Please be noted that the data will be visible in your form's submission page only when the PayPal payment goes through successfully. If the payment was not successful then the submission will be listed separately in "Incomplete Payment" section.

The submission will only be listed in your form's submission page if the payment was successful or you manually complete the payments.

Please be noted that if the payment was successful, the submission data will display the "Payer Info" and "Payer Address" separately. I believe that should be the key for you to figure out if the PayPal submission was successful or not and it will also display you the "Transaction ID" as well. The excel file should display the submissions as shown in the screenshot below:

    Hope this answers your query

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
