Jotform not working after adding PayPal payment processing to it

Asked by Dannilee on March 09, 2015 at 01:15 PM

I have added a PayPal subscription option to my form, I have also added a custom button image but when I click it nothing happens.

Please can you advise what I have done wrong or missed?

I went to your jotform (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/50674782969373) and tried submitting it and it took me to PayPal page without any issues.

Now your submit button did look a bit different and we would be happy to assist you with that if needed, but the submission did work as shown above.

Please do try to submit to PayPal once again and let us know how it goes.

If the issue that you had happened on the embedded jotform instead, please do give us the link to the page where the jotform is embedded.

I uploaded it http://www.lm-lakeland-design.co.uk/FORM/index.html and in button doesn't do anything in Firefox.

In IE if I don't complete all the required field instead of the message appearing near the submit button a new window opens with Incomplete Values, why is this?

It seems that you have embedded the JotForm using the source code version and it looks like the complete code is not embedded to the webpage. Please try embedding the JotForm using normal JavaScript method or iframe method on your webpage and let us know if that works. You may refer to the following guides that can help you in embedding the JotForm on your webpage.

If you want to change the size of the submit button, please adjust the width and height of the button from the Form Designer by clicking on the button.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Thank you!

I used the embed method and it is still not working in FF. When I click the button nothing happens.

Also now the form buttons wrapper is showing as orange, can I hide that or make it white?

I removed the custom button image and now it is working fine in IE and FF. It would appear IE doesn't like the custom buttons.
