In the subject of your notification email the {edit_link} variable is included. To remove this please do the following:

    1. Open your form in JotForm
    2. Click on 'Setup & Embed'
    3. Select 'Email Alerts'
    4. Choose Notification 1, in the compose email window remove {edit_link} from the subject line.

The {edit_link} is actually used if you wish to allow users to edit their submissions on a later date.

    Hope this helps. Cheers!
