I'm not able to upload my submissions to Contact Contact. It does not display my Constant Contact lists in the drop down menu.

I've cloned your JotForm and tried integrating with Constant Contact. I was able to integrate without any issues and the newly created list is displayed correctly.
I've cleared the form caches in your account from my end. Please try clearing the browser cache by following the instructions provided in the guide below :
Also, please make sure that you have atleast one list in ConstantContact Contacts section. Please remove the existing integration and then retry integrating ConstantContact after clearing the cache. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
