Sorry to see that your JotForm is not saving after any modifications. As I clone your JotForm to my account and make some modifications I was able to save the form without any issues. Could you try making changes to your form after clearing the browser cache by following the instructions provided in the guide below :
Also, I've cleared the form caches from your account. Please try with a different browser and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.
