Captcha not loading on form embedded on a website

The captcha isn't loading on any of our forms. The loading status wheel appears, but unless you press the refresh button on the captcha to get a new image, nothing else happens. Please can you fix this issue urgently?

Upon checking your website http://www.genkijacs.com/levelcheckbeginner1.htm, it seems that the problem was a code conflict between your website and the form using the default embed code.

I would advise that you re-embed your form using iFrame to avoid code conflicts, to get the iFrame embed code you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. That should fix the problem.
