Imported a Form from FormsCentral but did not arrive to account yet?

    I tried to import a large form from Forms Central and received acknowledgement of receipt. However, that was  about 24 hours ago and haven't heard anything since.

    The email I received said to just "reply" if I had a question but it is a no reply email.

    All suggestions appreciated!

    Hi,

    I can't seem to find a pending import of a form related to your account username tuckertruck.

    Could you please try re-importing the form again, you can check this blog post and follow the instructions there: http://www.jotform.com/blog/132-Incredible-One-step-Import-Tool-by-JotForm-The-Best-FormsCentral-Alternative. It should only take a couple of minutes to an hour for it to be imported.

    Please do make sure that you input the correct AdobeFormsCentral log in credentials and your Email address associated to your JotForm account (which is f***a@q***upllc.us).

    You could also share to us the FormsCentral link and we'll try to find in our back end what happened to that form. But I would suggest try re-importing it again.
