Form Submissions Not Being Received

    I have created a form that sends to multiple recipients as I have done several times before, but for some reason the submissions don't come through to any of the copied addresses. There are three that emails that are copied that I have access to from three different services (Godaddy, Dreamhost and Gmail), yet none of them are receiving the submissions. Help!

    Hi,

    Our notifications are limited to 10 recipients per notification.  At the bottom of our guide on setting this up, there is a note that states as such:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

    Your notification has well over 10.  You would need to break the list down to separate notifications in order for this to work.
