The payments are processing but I am not receiving any information from the form. Thoughts?

Upon checking the link that you shared, I see that your recipient email is this one: sn***s@a*st**.rr.com. Our mail logs does not show any failed email attempts by our servers and the email address is not in our bounce list, although I do see that in your email notification that you are missing the Sender Name.
You can check this guide on how to properly set up your email notifications: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
You might also need to contact your email service provider or hosting company if they are blocking incoming emails from us, they need to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses and domain names to fix this.
