I check your account and it's on the free plan. Are you referring to your other account? If so, post a cancel request using that account here and I would be happy to cancel it for your convenience.
Or, you can cancel your subscription within your account - billing page. Then select the starter plan to downgrade. http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
