we have a subscription our form is not working it is saying form is over quota but its not

    we try to submit a form and get an error message saying form over quota but its not and we are not sure why.

    Please fix asap.

    The jotform http://www.jotform.co/form/50636284650860 was still under the Guest account

    which I assume was created during the time when you still haven't created the jotform account/username monashhealth 

    I have now transferred the form including the existing submissions to your current account/username.

    You can check this on your My Forms page when logged in to JotForm.
