My form is stalling at the end, and saying "please wait" at the end, but not going through.
I've cleared the cache in jot form, as well as the cookies in the browser history - I've also tried different browsers and devices but it's getting hung up at the same point at submit.
Please help, thank you!

The problem that I see is that you have made an illegal form
Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.
In light of this, it is a must to integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.
For now we have removed the guilty fields on the form. But you must refrain of making new forms like that, otherwise, we will be obligated to suspend your account and cancel the subscription.
