The email notifiers only contain the text "undefined". How to show submitted information?

    Hello OmegaJunior,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    It seems you have resolved this issue already. I did check the notification email alert of your form and did not find any issue. 

    I did send a test submission from your form and the submission email which was sent shows the submitted data correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
