We currently have premium and would like to switch back to the starter plan please.

Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription #INT141203-8799-53763S. You will not be billed again but your account will stay premium until April 04, 2015 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
