For some reason the last submission that was forwarded to me was on 12/4/14
How come they stopped, need them to start sending again.
How do i fix this?

I see nothing wrong in your email configuration and forms emails are successfully delivered based on our server logs. You can check the logs in your account history section:
The emails are probably filtered as spam so kindly check your spam folder. If nothing is there, then whitelisting us should help you fix it:
