    Hi,

I've found the following that will allow you to accomplish this:

    a. Import the excel file and its data to Jotform and turn it into a form using our Spread2Jot App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/spread2jot.

    b. Use our Email Newsletter App to send an email to the recipients: http://apps.jotform.com/app/email_newsletters.

Kindly check and let us know your feedback.

    Thanks

This did not work for me.  It looks like it has and then when I say 'create form' it says the form was deleted.  I know it hasn't been deleted by myself but not sure what's happening.

    Hello GPTQ,

I did check the "Spread2Jot" app and it seems to work as expected. I uploaded a excel file and it did generate the form automatically without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

Can you please ensure that you are logged in to your JotForm account and then use the Spread2Jot app?

I would also suggest you to clear your browser cache and then try again. The following guide should help you clear your browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Do try it out again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
