Can we create a spreadsheet like layout on our jotform?

    Can I build a form that is kinda like a SPREADSHEET and user fill in the CELLs/boxes and they submit to my email and form stays in tact.

    We do have a Spreadsheet widget or Matrix Dynamique that can be added to your form.

    Thanks;  Spreadsheet you provided gets me closer to my goal.

    I would like to eliminate the spread sheet col/row id's.

    Then, need to place a short title in first row of each column.Permanent, not changeable by user

    Also, the first column needs to be one I can place a name in each Row. Permanent, can't be changed by user


    User can place data in all the other cells except for the ones that are "title" files hard-coded.

    Possible?   Thanks

    Please do let us know the link to the jotform with the spreadsheet so that we can see the approximate layout that you are after and we can help you with the finishing touches.

    For example, add the names and everything you need as static into boxes and leave the dynamic boxes (ones users will fill out as empty.
