How can I save a completed form in my specific form format saved to my desktop. I do not want the raw data only, I am looking for the compled form

The closest you can get to this is to download the PDF report of your submission with headers and text included.  Here is our quick guide on how to do so:

After you have enabled the option to show headers and text in your submissions, images, text and various other elements will also be included in your PDF download.
