I checked last two of your created forms and seems that both of them have notifications inside of it setup to different emails. Can you please clarify what does it mean that you can not change email? Just please clarify where you can not change email and provide form ID where you have problem?

If you want to check if you recipient is getting email then you can just during creation of notification click on Test Email button to check if notification will be submitted to recipient email address.
