Can a user download his/her form after filling it out online?

We have trucker drivers fill out a tax form online.  After which, they can submit it and/or print it.  Is there someway they can download a copy of the form for their electronic files?  Or, can they re-access that same form at another time to make changes?

It is possible to add an autoreponder to your form:

And in that autoresponder, you can include a link that will allow them to edit the submission:

As well as a link to download a PDF copy of their submission:
