Embed Form for HIPAA compliance without using your server

Is there a way to embed your form on my SSL secured site and have the results point directly to my server without touching yours? I'm trying to make a HIPAA compliant form. Thanks.

Update (April 19, 2018) HIPAA is available for our Gold and Silver plans.

May I also suggest reviewing the details about HIPAA compliance here
http://www.jotform.com/answers/333046-is-JotForm-HIPAA-Compliant
But this part of your statement is a bit unclear..
" ...and have the results point directly to my server without touching yours?"
Did you meant you need the submission data to be not stored on the JotForm server?
You can also just delete the submissions afterwards if you do not want them to be stored on the JotForm server. Take note that deleted submission data are permanently gone once deleted. So make sure you have a copy already before deleting them.
And to be clear also, the form cannot be used offline. So, it will always require the form to be connected to JotForm for it to work.
Hope this help. Please let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
Thanks.

Great news! JotForm now offers HIPAA compliance. This means users in the healthcare industry can use JotForm to collect sensitive patient information through consent and onboarding forms, medical history updates, online bill payments, and prescription refill requests.
HIPAA-compliant forms require a Gold pricing plan, which is only $99 a month or a Silver pricing plan, which is $39 a month. A business associate agreement (BAA) is also available upon request.
