I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM MY PREVIOUS EMAIL
PLEASE HELP, I HAVE MEMBERS THAT BOOK DATES FOR HUNTING SEASON, THEY ARE ALLOWED ONE DATE TO BOOK DURING THE HUNTING SEASON, EACH MEMBER WILL HAVE A CHANGE TO BOOK THEIR HUNTING WEEK. THE MOMENT THEY HAVE BOOKED THE WEEK (THE DATE IS REFLECTED) THE DATE WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AND AVOID DOUBLE BOOKING. IF THE NEXT PERSON WANT TO BOOK THE DATE IS EITHER GREYED OUT OR HAS A LINE OR IT AUTOMATICALLY REMOVES IT FROM THE LIST. LET ME MENTIONED I HAVE LOOKED AT THE RESERVATION OPTION BUT THE DATES ARE NOT IN THE SAME MONTH THAT IS WHY I MANUALLY ADD THE DATES.
I HAVE TRIED IT WITH GIFT REGISTRY LAST YEAR - THIS YEAR THE FORM IS DIFFERENT AND NOT REMOVING / ADD A LINE OFF SELECTED AREAS
KINDLY PROVIDE SOLUTIONS TO DO THIS

I was unable to find any email related to this topic, but I presume that you're referring to this form: http://www.myjotform.com/form/41143335606548 is that correct?
If I understand correctly you had a booking form from 2014 that is not working for 2015, right? If so, could you please let us know which form you used for 2014 this way we can compare both forms to better understand the issue you're reporting.
Please note that the gift registry items are counted based on the submissions which means that if you set the limit to 1 this means that the selected date can be selected only one time and once this is done it cannot be selected again by anyone. Could you please provide more details about how you want your form to work? For example, can your users book different dates? Can they enter multiple bookings?
