    Gift Registry Widget - Not crossing out previously selected items

    Information is not crossing out as previously / last year please advise

    the members have only one date to choose and if they choose the date it is greyed out or crossed out as above, I used it last year without any issues

    You are right, the Gift registry widget is not working as it should.  I made a test and I am able to reproduce the problem. Therefore, I'm escalating this to our devs team.

    Can you please indicate when it will be fixed - this is quite urgent the form need to be ready before hunting week starts please help me urgent!!!!!!! Can you please expedite the situation

    It is almost a month, the last response was that it was set to "important" to solve the matter on my query, I am dissapointed I must say. Not even an update.  As of this moment I do not even know if the matter was looked at. The fact is that I love Jotform but was left red faced when i could not assist the client with this project. It cost me me precious time to look at other similar options apart from jotform I finally sort it out after two weeks!!!!!

    > Just a bit of advise keep the customer updated and to me IMPORTANT means 48 hrs response and repair of the problem. In my line of work I cannot afford to wait a month and I am still in the dark. This is a frustration. I am sure that there are other people that feel the same; when designing a website a time frame is set I cannot afford delays or alternatively I will have look for another service.

    Our apologies, our team actually had a look at this the day your requested us to but were unable to replicate the issue with the widget.   I checked the widget and it is indeed working as far as I can tell.  According to our development team, it should have been working all along:

    According to our widgets team, this may have been an improper API key used.  Are you still having trouble with the widget?  If you are still having trouble with this, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
