I've seen in the forums that notifications stopped being sent in regards to new submissions earlier this week. When will this be fixed? I'm still having problems. Thanks

Its not affecting all forms, so its quite difficult for he developers to get a handle on.
We have to address it on a case by case basis.
I will escalate your issue to the developers in a few moments.
But If you could help us out by changing the Sender Name of your notification email from Full Name to JotForm , keeping the sender as email@example.com and doing a test submission, I would be very grateful.

What is it you want to change?
The Sender Name or firstname.lastname@example.org ?
You *may* be able to change the Sender Name now, please try out a quick test & let us know if it works.
