Selected items in Gift Registry widget not being crossed out

    Hallo I saw this message I have the same problem it does not cross out the selected items

    the members have only one date to choose and if they choose the date it is greyed out or crossed out as above, I used it last year without any issues

    Hi,

    I'm sure that is because you did not put a limit to the items. You currently have no count settings for each item. Normally, you have to put {1} to limit it to one selection only and {unlimited} for unlimited count after the option. This is your current settings:

    Kindly check and re-configure the widget and add the count settings to fix that.

    By the way, you can put {0} to crossed out the item and make it unavailable for selection.

    I had another reply and there seems to be a problem with the widget itself they have tried to look at the form itself and could not fix the problem
