    Hi,

One of our IT staff has a question about this page: http://www.jotform.com/privacy/  so I'm hoping you can help. On the left hand side of that page is a heading that says "Related Forum Questions." Underneath that are several links. Some of those links cannot be viewed unless you have created a JotForm account. Our IT person has not created an account yet because he's concerned that he can't read these links on the Privacy Policy page:

    Form submission security
    Data security questions
Security Question in regards to JotForm

Can you please let me know why the above links cannot be accessed unless one has created a JotForm account? Thank you very much.

    Hi,

The original poster of the threads opted to make the thread as private. This means that the thread is not available for public viewing or everyone else. Unfortunately, we cannot turn it to public because that violates the privacy of the user.

We can, however, answer your questions related to that. Just please let us know here or by creating a new thread.

    Thanks

    Hi Welvin,

Thank you for your quick response! May I make a suggestion? Since those threads are private, can you replace those links with something else that can be viewed by the public? I think that would alleviate confusion on your Privacy Policy page.

Thank you for considering my suggestion.
