My premum subscription is cancelled but I want to keep it active.

    Hello capiteo,

    It seems you have already upgraded your account again to premium yearly subscription with order #INT150312-6749-33563.

    Your account is currently in good shape and you should not have any trouble. It seems you have one another premium monthly subscription with order #INT150224-6495-20487. This order was processed on February 25, 2015 with credit card ending with 3016.

    Since you have 2 active subscriptions for same account, I have gone ahead and cancelled the premium monthly subscription. To compensate the unused period, I have given you 11 days credit in your premium yearly subscription. Your premium yearly will only renew on 22 Mar, 2016.

    Please be noted that you must have received one another cancellation email. Please disregard that email.
